Hi, I’m Abigail!

About Me

I am a Florida therapist providing virtual therapy for teens and young women across the state. I am originally from Dallas, Texas, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Before starting my private practice, I worked with children, teens, and parents at the Center for Child Counseling, where I supported clients through anxiety, grief, trauma, and family challenges.

As an RMHCI, I practice under the supervision of Jeremy Bonta, LMHC (MH12371). This means I’ve completed my graduate training and I’m fully qualified to provide counseling while receiving ongoing supervision towards full licensure, a process that ensures clients receive the highest quality of care.

Who I Help:

While having experience working with children and families, I primarily see teens and young women across Florida navigating anxiety, overthinking, and relationship concerns. I also offer parent support sessions for families navigating behavioral concerns, boundaries, communication struggles, emotional regulation, and building resilience in children and teens.

Young adulthood can bring on cycles of people-pleasing, overthinking, anxiety, relationship struggles, and self-doubt. If you’re a teen, in your 20s or early 30s, juggling work, school, or big life decisions, figuring out your next steps can feel overwhelming. My approach is down-to-earth and relational, focusing on understanding attachment patterns and deeper emotions so you can feel more secure in who you are and how you show up in relationships and daily life.

In therapy, we will uncover what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you build clarity, self-trust, and confidence in your decisions. Our goals together are to help you feel present, resilient, and empowered in your life. Reach out to inquire about virtual therapy with me across Florida.
